Ballarddesighs Tree Service is a referral service. A homeowner tells us about a tree problem, and we connect them with an independent local provider in our network. We do not cut, climb, haul, or grind. The providers do that, and each one runs its own business.

A hotel desk clerk does not cook dinner or fix the plumbing. The clerk knows who does. That is our role here.

Why this service exists

Hiring for tree work is hard when you have never done it. Jobs can look alike from the street, but the risks and the prices can be very different. Many people do not know what to ask, or who nearby is taking new work. We exist to shorten that search. We also explain the process in plain words, so you can decide calmly instead of in a rush.

How providers are matched

You describe the job. Tell us about the tree, where it stands, and what is close to it, such as a roof, a fence, or power lines. Then your request is routed to a provider in the network who serves your part of the Gresham area and takes that kind of work.

What we ask of providers

Providers in the network are independent. We ask them to act like good neighbors:

• Give you a quote in writing before work begins.
• Explain the plan, including cleanup and what happens to the wood.
• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and answer questions about them.
• Respect your property and your time.

We do not inspect or certify providers. Please ask these questions yourself. That is the habit we want every homeowner to have.

What we do not do

We do not do the work, and we do not set the price. We cannot promise what a provider will find once they see the tree up close. We also do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, such as a tree that comes down in a windstorm, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid

You do not pay Ballarddesighs Tree Service to be connected. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected with them. That is simply how the front desk is funded. It does not take away your right to compare quotes, ask questions, or say no. Ask before agreeing, every time.
