Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Ballarddesighs Tree Service wants people of all abilities to be able to use ballarddesighs.buzz. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want this site to work for as many people as we can reach. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common yardstick for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with this, we try to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be out of our hands. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@ballarddesighs.buzz and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@ballarddesighs.buzz and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to answer within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
