Disclaimer: What Ballarddesighs Tree Service Does and Does Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use ballarddesighs.buzz. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Ballarddesighs Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Ballarddesighs Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider is not our stamp of approval. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

The prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

Anything we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and weakened buildings into play. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and phone your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Ballarddesighs Tree Service when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and current. We cannot promise that it is complete or without errors.
