Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use ballarddesighs.buzz and the referral service Ballarddesighs Tree Service offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Ballarddesighs Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, safety habits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a quote in writing.

General Information Only

The content here is meant to inform. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@ballarddesighs.buzz.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Ballarddesighs Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Ballarddesighs Tree Service is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
